Privacy Policy

This statement was last updated on October 7, 2026.

This Privacy Policy describes how NXT Level Consulting dba SolutionDot (“NXT Level Consulting dba SolutionDot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit the SolutionDot website and related pages (the “Site”), or when you contact us through the Site.

This Policy covers the Site and ordinary business inquiries. A signed proposal or services agreement controls how we handle client data during an engagement. If that agreement conflicts with this Policy, the agreement controls for that work.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. If you use a contact form, email us, or book a call, we collect what you submit: name, email, phone, company, role, and the content of your message. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, health information, or other sensitive data through the Site.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site, we and our providers may collect device and log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and approximate location derived from IP. If we use analytics or advertising cookies, those tools may set identifiers on your browser.

Information from a later engagement. If you become a client, we collect the business information needed to perform the work. That handling is described in the services agreement and any data-processing terms we sign with you.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. The Site is aimed at businesses.

2. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, operate and secure the Site, understand which pages are used, improve the Site, and meet legal duties. We do not use Site inquiries to train public AI models.

If you become a client, we use engagement data to deliver the services, including configuring or advising on agentic workflows. We do not sell that data.

3. How we share information

We share information with service providers that host the Site, deliver email, schedule calls, or provide analytics, and only so they can perform those services for us. We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business, in which case this Policy or a successor policy will still apply.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Cookies

The Site may use necessary cookies to run the page, and optional analytics cookies to see aggregate traffic. You can block cookies in your browser. If we add a non-essential cookie, we will ask for consent where required.

5. Retention

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to keep a business record, generally up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required for legal, tax, or dispute reasons. Client records are kept for the period stated in the services agreement, then deleted or returned.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a consulting site. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure.

7. California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you may request that we:

  • disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected about you

  • delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions

  • correct inaccurate personal information

  • limit use of sensitive personal information, if we ever collect it

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

To submit a request, email [privacy@solutiondot.com] with the subject line “California privacy request.” We will verify your identity before acting on the request. You may use an authorized agent if you provide written permission.

Categories we may collect: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address), commercial information (inquiry and, if you become a client, engagement records), internet activity (Site usage), and professional information (company and role). We collect these directly from you and automatically from your browser. Purposes are those in Section 2.

8. Other regions

If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States. We do not target the Site at the EU or UK. If a services agreement covers EU or UK personal data, that agreement will include the required transfer terms.

9. Third-party sites

The Site may link to scheduling tools, social profiles, or client platforms. Their privacy practices are their own.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy by posting a new version and changing the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after that posting means you accept the update.
