NXT Level Consulting dba SolutionDot is working to make the SolutionDot website accessible to people with disabilities.
What web accessibility is
An accessible site lets visitors with disabilities browse with the same or a similar level of ease as other visitors. That depends on how the site is built and on assistive technologies such as screen readers, magnification, and keyboard-only navigation.
Our target
We are adapting this site in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We have not completed an independent conformance audit, so we do not claim full compliance. We treat accessibility as ongoing work.
Measures already in place, or in progress, include:

Site language is set so assistive technology can identify it

Pages use a logical content order and clear heading structure

Images that convey information include alternative text

Color combinations are chosen to meet contrast expectations

Motion is limited, and any moving content can be paused where the platform allows

Interactive elements are intended to be usable by keyboard

Video, audio, and downloadable files are reviewed for captions, transcripts, or an accessible alternative when we add them
We used the site platform’s accessibility tools to find and fix issues we could address in the builder.
Partial compliance
Some pages depend on third-party content we do not control, including embedded scheduling tools, maps, video players, and social feeds. Those components may not meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We declare partial compliance for pages that include those embeds. If a third-party widget blocks you, contact us and we will provide the same information another way.
Physical locations
We do not operate a public storefront or walk-in office. Consulting is delivered remotely. If an in-person meeting is arranged, tell us what you need and we will work with the venue on access.

We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days
Include the page address and a short description of the problem, plus the assistive technology you were using if relevant. We will work with you on a practical fix or an alternative way to get the content.
